Position Overview:
We are actively seeking dynamic and skilled HVAC Technicians to become part of our team and act as representatives of Nandail Property Management. As a valued team member, you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional services to our clients and customers in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
--- Help clients on-site with HVAC issues
--- Prepare cost estimates
--- Understand and apply blueprints and technical diagrams
--- Inspect electrical components including transformers and circuit breakers
--- Use testing devices to identify and report electrical problems and repair or substitute damaged units
--- Install safety and distribution components (e.g. switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels etc.)
--- Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components
--- Use hand and power tools
--- Adhere to state and local building regulations
--- Complete work orders on time and ensure timely and effective resolution.
--- Create records of materials used
--- Fully understanding local and federal regulations for safe electrical systems
--- Communicate with other personnel to discuss project details.
--- Provide feedback to improve product reliability and performance.
--- Communicate technical information clearly and understandably.
--- Ensure client satisfaction through timely and effective issue resolution.
--- Follow safety rules on field visits and be aware of industry regulations to ensure everything is done correctly.

Requirements:
--- Valid electrical license
--- Own transportation and valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.
--- Proven experience in commercial electrical systems
--- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
--- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
--- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
--- Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines
--- Excellent customer service and communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
