Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Advocate for the Provider
Search Team to assist members in understanding their plan and
finding providers.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to provider access and
plan acceptance
Coordinate with team members and management on projects and
reports
Maintain customer service performance standards and quality
metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
1-3 years of customer service experience required
Experience in employee health and benefit plan administration
preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
