Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Business Associate in the Tech
sector.
Key Responsibilities
Provide coaching and support on talent management, organizational
design, and change management initiatives
Analyze employee data to identify trends and organizational needs
to support business goals
Partner with Engineering leaders to deliver people processes and
resolve key employee issues
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in an HRBP role, with at least 2+ years in
Engineering or Product Management
Demonstrated success in HR functional areas and partnership with
COEs
Proven ability to partner with senior leaders, including those at
Sr Director level and above
HRBP experience in the tech industry, particularly with a globally
distributed workforce
Experience in scaling people programs to align with business needs
and strategy
