Job Description:
A company is looking for a CRM Practice Director with solid
Creatio CRM experience to help grow a small but flourishing
practice.
Key Responsibilities
Manage engagement bookings and revenue targets while fostering
strategic client relationships
Execute high-level consulting to clients and ensure consistent
pre-sales support
Monitor team performance against objectives and prepare the
Practice Development Plan
Required Qualifications
University degree in Business or Computer Science, with a Master's
Degree being a plus
At least 10 years of relevant business experience, including
managing MS Dynamic 365 projects
Strong understanding of consulting, practice products, and client
business drivers
Experience with financial analysis, pre-sales activity, and account
planning
Proven ability to engage senior client management in industry
discussions
